Here at eda, the success of our firm is attributed to the excellence and experience of our staff. Our 300+ years of combined experience and education has given us a thorough understanding of the dynamic nature of development. eda's integrated design approach to our projects incorporates the diverse backgrounds of all our staff which gives us a competitive edge. Our specialties include but are not limited to project management, land surveying, subdivisions, civil engineering and design, water and wastewater systems, construction documents, infrastructure design and irrigation reservoirs.

Since our founding in 1984, eda has played a very influential role in the development of the San Luis Obispo community and the greater San Luis Obispo County area. We take great pride in the agency relationships we have established over the years, which allows us to better represent our clients and successfully see their projects through from begining to end.
