President: Paul E. Reichardt, PLS

Mr. Reichardt’s 30 plus years of experience in land surveying and project management covers a wide range of issues and projects. He has supervised and coordinated major land development projects throughout the State of California. He has a thorough understanding of the Subdivision Map Act and is well versed in local and state policies and ordinances. He also possesses a strong working relationship with local and state governing bodies, and serves as a key link between clients and public agencies.

Vice President: Jeff Wagner, PE

Mr. Wagner has over 30 years of engineering experience in the areas of civil and structural design, environmental planning and entitlement, contract and production management, and business planning. At eda, Mr. Wagner oversees all aspects of contract document production, including schematic design, design development, construction documents and contract administration.

Vice President: Mike Bertaccini, General Engineering Contractor

Mr. Bertaccini has over 30 years of experience in construction, civil engineering design and planning of public works. He is a licensed General Engineering Contractor with experience in both the private and public sectors. His areas of expertise include project management, inspection, quality control and fixed works requiring specialized engineering knowledge such as municipal water supply, sewer systems, flood control, harbors, highways & overpass/underpasses, earthmoving and pipeline systems. At eda, Mr. Bertaccini oversees project planning, design-development, cost estimation and manages design & survey staff.
